Diagnostic terms
Purpose
The financing diagnostic consists of analysing the answers to the online questionnaire and delivering a written report presenting strengths, weaknesses and recommended actions before a financing application.
Price
The questionnaire is free. The diagnostic is charged from 150 USD. The final price, depending on the complexity of the situation, is confirmed in writing before any payment. Application and Follow-up services are quoted separately.
Payment
Payment methods (mobile money, bank transfer, cash against receipt) are communicated when the price is confirmed. [TO CONFIRM]
Timeframe
The report is delivered within an indicative 5 business days after receipt of payment and any requested clarifications. [TO CONFIRM]
Nature of the commitment
EPIGNOSIS is bound by a best-efforts obligation. The diagnostic is neither a credit offer nor a guarantee of financing: the decision rests solely with the financial institution.
Accuracy of information
The quality of the diagnostic depends on the accuracy of the answers provided. The client undertakes to provide truthful information.
Cancellation
The client may cancel the diagnostic at any time before payment, free of charge. Once the report is delivered, the service is deemed performed.
