Documents to gather before a loan application
An incomplete application is the leading cause of delay. Here are the documents a lender almost always asks for.

Before even looking at your project, a relationship manager checks that the application is complete. A single missing document can stall the review for weeks.
Administrative documents come first: RCCM, national identification, tax number, articles of association for a company, and the manager's ID.
Next come financial items: recent bank statements, financial statements or at least a clear record of income and expenses, and a forecast explaining how the loan will be repaid.
Finally, collateral: property titles, equipment invoices, guarantor commitments. Gathering them in advance shows the banker you are in control of your application.
EPIGNOSIS helps prepare financing applications. The lending decision rests solely with the financial institution.
